Founded in 1975 by the visionary duo, Mr. N. D. Upreti and Late Mrs. Savitri Devi, Savitri Public School began with a dream to provide quality education blended with strong moral values, right in the heart of Kalawati Colony, Haldwani.
From a humble beginning, the school quickly became a trusted name in education. With growing support from the community, a second branch was established in Malli Bamori in 1980, extending the school's commitment to academic excellence and character development.
A Legacy of Leadership
In 2014, the torch of leadership was gracefully passed to Mr. Manoj Upreti, whose forward-thinking vision and dedication infused new energy into the school. It was under his guidance that the school achieved a transformative milestone in 2018, Savitri Public School proudly transitioned into an English medium institution, opening new doors of opportunity for every child who walked through its gates.
Celebrating 50 Glorious Years
The year 2025 marked a golden chapter in our journey 50 years of unwavering dedication to nurturing young minds. As we celebrated our Golden Jubilee, we also celebrated the thousands of students who have passed through our halls and gone on to shine in every walk of life as doctors, engineers, educators, soldiers, and public leaders.
